Installation troubles with LinuxPPC R5
Recently I bought a new IDE-Harddrive (IBM 15G2) for my Beige G3/233 and tried to install LinuxPPC again on hda12 and hda13. First ist seemed to work, but then I could not boot again. Even when trying to boot into MACOS 8.6 my mac hangs (while building the desktop). The only difference to the old configuration is the new drive and a PCI-USB-Adapter with UniversalAdaptercardsoftware. The only way to fix the problem was to completely remove everything named "*boot".
