(Answer) (Category) Linux on PowerPC FAQ-O-Matic : (Category) Booting Trouble :
Some Open Firmware Settings
Here are the settings for Open Firmware on a Power Center Pro 210 with the hard drive on the motherboard's bus: auto-boot: disabled, boot-device: scsi/sd@0:0, boot-file:scsi/sd@0:4/boot/vmlinux boot-command: boot, input-device: kbd, output-device: /bandit/ATY,mach64_3D_pcc
I don't think I changed anything else. Remember to replace the 4 in the boot- file with the partition number of your root partition.
