1. The OF interface requires a second machine connected via serial port null-modem cable. Fortunately you should not need to access OF.
2. You will almost certainly need to use the boot-command boot catch fix in order to boot once you have installed LinuxPPC. Set boot-command as described in http://www.dartmouth.edu/~jonh/lppc-cache/221.html
3. Assuming you have installed LinuxPPC on the internal bus, SCSI ID 0, boot-device should be set to "scsi-int/sd@0:0" Important: Since drive partition selection (setting the "x" field of "0:x" above) does not work, your LinuxPPC partition must be the first bootable partition on the SCSI bus and device ID you specify.
