How do I emulate 3 buttons with a 2 button Kensington Mouse?
Add these commands to /etc/rc.d/rc.local

mousemode 3 -1
mousemode 3 4

I have a Kensington Orbit, where by default the first button would act properly but the right button would act like a middle button. Using this advice made both my mouse buttons act like left buttons. :(
