Installing AppleTalk Module for LinuxPPC 1999
As far as I can tell the kernel that is installed by LinuxPPC 1999 does not include AppleTalk support. Where is the AppleTalk module located, and how do I install it? Am I better off recompiling the kernel? - Robert Buchanan <rnb10@columbia.edu>

If the kernel you have doesn't have appletalk support then you will need to recompile the kernel. The option is something like "Appletalk DDP" off the top of my head.
