(Answer) (Category) Linux on PowerPC FAQ-O-Matic : (Category) Languages and Compilers :
When linking I get an unresolved symbol of __trampoline_setup, what gives?
Well, you most likely attempted to install the shared libraries, and
either forgot to install the new shared gcc binary, or when you installed
it you didn't 1) remove the old copy, or 2) it didn't work for some other
reason.

Vague isn't it?

Well, the way to fix it is to go to ftp.linuxppc.org and grab the latest
shared gcc distribution.

There is more info on installing shared libraries right here on this FAQ
right here:
in the System Configuation/Shared Libraries/How do I install shared
libraries? section.

Check that out if you're still having problems.
