How do I transfer files to/from Linux while in MacOS?

It has an excellent user interface and allows you to open your Linux partitions from the MacOS.

LinuxDisks works only with SCSI drives.  MountX will work with either, but
is a bit harder to set up.  On the other hand, it makes the ext2 partition
act just like any other mounted partition (except read-only unless you
specifically set it to be writable... probably not wise).  Check out:
