Fixed cache consistency bug. Old system would rewrite a parent's cached representation when the child was rewritten, in case the child's title changed, which would change the appearance of the link in the parent. The new system tracks such dependencies for siblings and symbolic links (faqomatic : links that aren't in a directory part; aka. `see-also' links).
