	Incorporated some changes from Jason R (jasonrATaustinDOTrrDOTcom) that untaint the PATH variable which is advisable on all platforms and necessary on his (HPUX).
	Fixed a bug in the ensurePerm() calls and the new rearrange() function.
	Fixed a bug that made FAQ-O-Matic break for requests from Internet Exploder. My hack to work around a bug in CGI.pm 2.49 (which prematurely outputs headers requested with $cgi->header() rather than just returning them) involved stripping the "HTTP/1.0 ..." header -- but oops, IE makes HTTP/1.1 requests.
